Promotion Terms & Conditions – DENZA “Go Further” Travel Voucher Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter is DENZA Auckland City, Andrew Simms Group, located in Auckland, New Zealand.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 17 June to 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must purchase & take delivery of a new DENZA vehicle from DENZA Auckland City during the Promotion Period.

Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

Customers who purchase a new DENZA vehicle during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.

Only one entry per vehicle purchased is permitted.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $10,000 travel voucher.

The voucher will be issued through a travel provider nominated by the promoter.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw & Winner Notification

The draw will take place on 2 July 2026 at the promoter’s premises.

The winner will be selected at random.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase within 5 working days.

If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Important Conditions

Entry into the draw is conditional upon the completion of a valid vehicle purchase.

This promotion does not guarantee a prize — all eligible purchases provide entry into the draw only.

The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any that are incomplete or fraudulent.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.

10. General

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
